Florida Atlantic will celebrate Homecoming 2024 beginning October 24 to November 2, 2024 on FAU’s Boca Raton, Broward, and Jupiter campuses. Homecoming is open to all Florida Atlantic students, faculty and staff unless otherwise noted.   Learn more!

RECAP: 2024 Owl Family Weekend

Owl Family Weekend 2024 consists of a themed 3-day weekend starting with Owl Family Weekend check-in on Friday afternoon, 9/27.

Each of the days will be themed around our Division of Student Affairs priorities: Health & Wellness, Sense of Belonging, and Career Readiness.

Congratulations, Spring 2024 Graduates! 🎓

Florida Atlantic University's spring commencement ceremony saw a record-breaking 3,600 degrees conferred, including more than 62 degrees awarded to students over 50, and 12 to students over 60. Among the graduates were six student-athletes from the FAU Men's Basketball team. Of the 3,600 graduates, 1,051 are first-generation students, and 120 graduated with a 4.0 GPA. These new graduates will join more than 207,000 Florida Atlantic Alumni who have graduated from Florida Atlantic since the University opened its doors in 1964. #Commencement #Graduation #College #FAU #FloridaAtlantic

Education Reimagined: Engaging Students Through Peer-Assisted Learning

Florida Atlantic’s Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), Education Reimagined, will change the culture of teaching and learning at the institution by investing in and supporting student-centered education. Guided by the principles of the Learning Assistant (LA) program model, courses are redesigned by faculty to include active, collaborative learning experiences, facilitated by trained undergraduate Learning Assistants (LAs). http://kxet.mblayst.com/qep/
